1. Platform Nature & Service Description

EstonX operates as a digital asset participation and returns platform.

The platform allows eligible users to: create accounts, complete identity verification, deposit supported digital assets, participate in fixed-yield plan structures, receive platform-calculated returns, withdraw eligible balances, and participate in referral and commission systems.

EstonX is not a bank, government institution, insured financial entity, or traditional investment adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or trading advice of any kind. All participation decisions are made solely at the user's own discretion and risk. EstonX expressly disclaims any advisory or fiduciary relationship with its users.

2. Eligibility

To use EstonX, you must: be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter binding agreements, comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and not be prohibited from using digital asset services.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

EstonX reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or prohibit access from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

Users from sanctioned, embargoed, or high-risk jurisdictions may be denied access without prior notice.

The platform may also restrict access involving: sanctions violations, AML concerns, regulatory restrictions, suspicious activity, and fraudulent conduct.

4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activities occurring under your account, and ensuring the security of your devices and wallets.

EstonX may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, or suspicious information.

5. KYC & Verification

EstonX may require identity verification ("KYC") before enabling certain platform features.

We reserve the right to request: government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, additional verification materials, and enhanced due diligence information.

Users agree to cooperate fully and promptly with all reasonable identity verification, compliance, and security requests made by EstonX or its designated compliance providers. Failure or refusal to cooperate may result in: withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, delayed processing, and permanent account termination.

6. Deposits & Digital Asset Transfers

Users may deposit supported cryptocurrencies into designated wallet addresses provided by the platform.

Users are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses and selecting the correct blockchain network prior to initiating any transfer. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain network. Sending assets to incorrect addresses, unsupported networks, or using incompatible token standards may result in permanent and unrecoverable loss. EstonX bears no liability for losses arising from user error in wallet address or network selection.

Deposits may require blockchain confirmations before being credited. Deposit verification may be manual or automated at the platform's discretion.

EstonX reserves the right to reject, delay, or investigate any deposit transaction.

7. Fixed-Yield Participation Plans

EstonX offers fixed-yield participation structures under various plan categories.

Displayed return structures represent platform-defined participation models and payout frameworks.

Participation plans may include: locked principal periods, scheduled return accrual, withdrawal limitations, and maturity conditions.

Users acknowledge that: digital asset activities inherently involve risk, platform operations may be affected by market volatility, returns are platform-managed distributions and not insured deposits, and exceptional market conditions may impact platform operations.

8. Risk Disclosure

By using EstonX, you acknowledge and accept that: digital asset markets are volatile, losses may occur, blockchain systems may fail or experience delays, liquidity disruptions may occur, security incidents may impact operations, and extraordinary market events may affect platform balances or operations.

EstonX may absorb operational trading losses at its discretion; however, under severe or catastrophic market conditions, the platform reserves the right to implement exceptional financial adjustments, restrictions, or operational safeguards where necessary to preserve platform continuity.

Digital asset balances, participation returns, and all platform activities are not insured, guaranteed, or protected by any government authority, central bank, deposit protection scheme, or financial compensation fund.

Nothing on the platform constitutes guaranteed financial performance, insured returns, or risk-free participation. All displayed return structures represent platform-defined participation models, not contractual guarantees of profit or income.

Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

9. Withdrawals & Payouts

Users may request withdrawals subject to: platform rules, verification requirements, liquidity controls, security reviews, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and operational procedures.

Users are solely responsible for providing accurate destination wallet addresses and selecting the correct blockchain network for all withdrawal requests. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are irreversible once processed. EstonX bears no liability for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses or network selections provided by the user.

EstonX reserves the right to: delay withdrawals, conduct additional verification, reject suspicious requests, impose temporary payout limitations, and suspend withdrawals during emergencies or investigations.

Blockchain network fees may apply.

10. Locked Principal & Early Withdrawal

Participation plans may include locked principal periods.

Principal deposits are generally non-refundable and non-withdrawable during the active participation period.

Early release requests may be considered solely at EstonX's discretion under exceptional circumstances, including verified emergencies.

Approval or rejection of such requests remains entirely at the platform's discretion.

11. Referral & Commission System

EstonX may offer referral and commission-based reward systems.

Users participating in referral activities agree: not to engage in spam, not to make misleading earnings claims, not to impersonate the platform, not to publish deceptive marketing materials, and not to manipulate commissions fraudulently.

EstonX reserves the right to: modify referral structures, reverse fraudulent commissions, suspend abusive accounts, and revoke rewards obtained through manipulation or misconduct.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not: engage in fraud, use stolen identities, perform money laundering activities, exploit platform vulnerabilities, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, abuse referral systems, use automated bots or scraping tools, upload malicious software, or violate applicable laws.

Violation may result in: immediate suspension, balance freezing, investigation, termination of Services, and reporting to relevant authorities.

13. Taxes

Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations arising from platform activity. EstonX does not provide tax advice.

14. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, design elements, systems, interfaces, and materials are owned by EstonX or its licensors.

Users may not: copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform materials without prior written authorization.

15. Service Availability

EstonX does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous uptime, transaction processing speed, or error-free operation of the Services at any time.

Platform access may be affected by: maintenance, technical failures, blockchain congestion, infrastructure outages, cyber incidents, and force majeure events.

EstonX reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, plan structure, referral mechanism, payout process, or operational procedure at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Such modifications shall not give rise to any liability or claim by the user.

16. Force Majeure

EstonX shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, losses, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including: war, sanctions, cyberattacks, exchange failures, blockchain failures, internet outages, regulatory actions, natural disasters, liquidity crises, and extraordinary market volatility.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EstonX and its operators shall not be liable for: indirect losses, loss of profits, trading losses, wallet access loss, blockchain failures, third-party failures, delayed payouts, platform interruptions, market volatility losses, user errors, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

18. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EstonX, its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, misuse of the platform, third-party disputes, and regulatory violations caused by the user.

19. Suspension & Termination

EstonX may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion for: security concerns, suspicious activity, policy violations, regulatory reasons, fraud investigations, and abusive behavior.

Termination may result in restricted platform access and withdrawal limitations pending review.

20. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by the EstonX Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

21. Modifications to Terms

EstonX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

23. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in a jurisdiction determined by EstonX, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Users waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings or collective claims against EstonX.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
