We may collect: wallet addresses, blockchain transaction hashes, deposit records, withdrawal requests, wallet balances, referral commissions, return accrual records, and payment history. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible and may be independently traceable on public blockchain networks.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may request additional identity verification, request source-of-funds documentation, suspend or restrict accounts during investigations, and reject or delay transactions for security or compliance reasons. Users agree to cooperate fully and promptly with all reasonable compliance, verification, and security requests made by EstonX or its designated compliance providers. Failure or refusal to provide requested verification information may result in restricted access to Services, account suspension, or permanent termination.
5. Data Storage & Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including: encrypted session systems, password hashing, restricted internal access, database security controls, and server-level protection mechanisms. However, no digital platform, electronic storage system, or data transmission channel can guarantee absolute security against all threats. EstonX does not warrant that the platform or its systems are free from vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, or data breaches. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and the security of their devices.
6. Data Retention
We retain user information for as long as necessary to: provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce platform policies. Certain financial, compliance, and blockchain-related records may be retained for extended periods where legally or operationally necessary.

We may share information with infrastructure/service providers, with compliance or verification providers, with professional advisers, with authorities when legally required, and during investigations involving fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity. EstonX may use third-party infrastructure and services, including: VPS/cloud hosting, email delivery providers, blockchain infrastructure services, and compliance/security providers. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. By using EstonX, you consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law.
10. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request: access to their data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of eligible information, restriction of processing, and account closure. 11. Account Suspension & Compliance Actions
EstonX reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze transactions, restrict access, delay withdrawals, request additional verification, and terminate platform access where necessary for: compliance, security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, and suspicious activity investigations.
12. Blockchain & Crypto Risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Users acknowledge that: wallet transfers may be permanently lost if incorrect information is provided, blockchain delays may occur, network congestion may affect transaction timing, and digital asset systems carry operational and security risks.
13. Children's Privacy
EstonX is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
14. Policy Updates
